Together with the Molino team, Christa Rigozzi has created her own pizza: it’s topped with date tomatoes, PDO buffalo mozzarella, beef carpaccio, and rocket, enhanced with shavings of PDO aged Parmesan, truffle oil, and oregano.
In addition to this, there are Christa Rigozzi’s homemade pastas, prepared with seasonal recipes, which can only be enjoyed for a short period each time.
