La Perla del Mediterraneo produces authentic Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP in the province of Salerno in Campania from 100% fresh buffalo milk. La Perla’s Mozzarella di Bufala DOP impresses with its delicate, porcelain-white texture, creamy, milky consistency and pleasantly tangy taste. A strictly defined geographical area, mainly within the provinces of Caserta and Salerno in Campania, and strictly controlled production standards guarantee the uniqueness of this wonderful product.
We are proud to be the first to introduce a certified lactose-free version of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, which is equivalent to the original version in terms of taste, smell, appearance, origin and production, and is therefore also certified as equivalent.
La Perla and its buffalo farms are certified according to the Migros Animal Welfare (MAW) standard – proof of particularly high animal welfare and quality standards.
Gonnelli, founded in Reggello in Tuscany in 1585, is one of the oldest olive oil producers in the world. Its extra virgin olive oils are made from hand-picked olives from its own groves and are processed within a few hours. The result is a fresh, fruity oil with notes of grass and artichoke – and multiple international awards. In 2025, it was once again awarded by Gambero Rosso as one of the 100 best olive oils in Italy. The olive oil at Pizzerie Ristoranti Molino is among the very best that Gonnelli produces, the Colli di Firenze, a limited selection from the hilly olive groves of Florence.
This special extra virgin olive oil with truffle is based on a careful selection of Giorgio Gonnelli’s high-quality olive oils, refined with natural white truffle aromas. This deliciously flavoured truffle oil is clearly different from the cheap truffle oils that dominate the market, which are heavily perfumed with synthetic flavours and usually use a cheap oil as a base. Gonnelli truffle olive oil is a real treat for gourmets who want to give pizza, pasta or risotto a very special touch.
Our salt comes from the famous Margherita di Savoia saltworks, one of the largest saltworks in Europe. The tradition of salt mining began here as early as the fourth century BC.The salt is processed naturally, without any treatment or refining. This traditional method preserves the purity and natural flavour of the salt, which is revealed in every bite of our dishes. With its aromatic and strong flavour, our salt adds an unmistakable note to every dish.

The island of Madagascar off the coast of Mozambique has a tropical climate that favours the growth of a variety of fruits, vegetables and spices. These include pink peppercorns, the world-famous vanilla and wild Voatsiperiferi pepper. The flavours of the Voatsiperifery pepper are spicier and stronger and give off woody, floral notes and a hint of citrus fruit.
