The competition is organised by Ospena Group AG, Herostrasse 9, 8048 Zurich (henceforth “we“ or “Molino“).
All persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation with a resident address in Switzerland are eligible to participate. Minors who decide to participate regardless will not receive any winnings.
By entering the competition, you are explicitly accepting the conditions of participation. In particular, in the event that you should win, we can publish your name – or more specifically, your profile’s name – as the winner on the social media platforms of Ospena Group AG. Participants who do not respond to their winner’s notification within 1 week will lose their earnings.
Repeat participation from one player will be considered as one single entry only. Photos or comments that violate Facebook’s regulations, Swiss law or copyright law will be removed with no warning. The participant will also be excluded from winning.
Participation is subject to the data submitted being complete and accurate. Requirements for participation include accepting the conditions as well as giving permission to the use, storage and application of personal data (refer to paragraph 6 to 10 of these requirements)

Within the scope of your participation during this competition, the following personal information will be collected and saved: first name and surname as well as your email and postal address. The collection, storage and processing of data is done by Ospena Group AG. Beyond this, your personal data will not be passed onto any third parties. All personal data provided will be handled in strict confidence during the competition and will then be deleted no later than 30 days after the competition has come to its conclusive end. This is not applicable if you have explicitly subscribed to the Pizzeria Ristorante Molino newsletter.
SYou have a right to access the use of your personal data. Upon request, you can at any time be granted free access to your details saved in our database. Simply write an email to info@molino.ch.
You can revoke your consent regarding the use and storage of your personal data at any time without giving a reason. Simply write an email to info@molino.ch. In the same way, you can also request that your data be corrected. In the case of a revocation, your personal participant data will immediately be deleted from our database. If desired, we can gladly write an email to confirm the revocation as well as the deletion of your personal participant data. If the revocation is requested prior to the end of the competition, your participation will unfortunately be excluded in the competition. The competition carries no affiliation to Facebook/Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook in any way. Facebook is not responsibly for any content associated to this competition. Ospena, not Facebook/Instagram, is at the receiving end of all information provided by participants. All information provided is used exclusively to establish the winner of this competition and is thereafter professionally deleted and/ or destroyed. The data is never passed onto third parties. Throughout the course of this competition, Ospena Group AG follows Facebook‘s “Guidelines for Promotions” as well as Swiss law regarding competitions (Lottery Law, Lottery Act, trading legislation and Code of Obligations). The participant guarantees that his/ her contribution does not include any competition, brand or copyright infringements. Moreover, the participant guarantees that he/ she is the owner of all usage and protection rights associated to text and pictures (in particular but not limited to copyright and trademark rights), unencumbered by third parties‘ claims. Moreover, he/ she guarantees that the text/ or picture does not break any law and does not contain any insults, false facts, pornography, racist or otherwise offensive or ilegal content.
We can at any time change the requirements regarding participation or winning eligibility. If there is a good reason, we have the right to end or suspend the competition without warning. A discontinuation could follow for important reasons, in particular if an orderly continuation can no longer be guaranted on account of technical or legal reasons. We can exclude individual particpants if we have proof of individuals breaking partipation eligibility requirements, (attempted) rigging, etc. Legal action may be taken. Where the conditions exist for exclusion, prizes can be subsequently revoked or claimed back. In the event of an exclusion on justifiable grounds, the partipant is not entitled to make any claims against us. Should individual clauses in the participation requirements be made void, the validity of the remaining participant requirements remains unaffected. The invalid clauses are then substituted by an individual and appropriate provision, which most closely matches the purpose of the invalid clause.
