Just simple as it is, join our loyalty programme and reward yourself every now and then with attractive rewards! With our loyalty programme, we have put together a simple digital collection point system for you, with no minimum purchase. This means that you receive 1 point for every CHF spent.

Download our Molino App, open a customer account and take part in our loyalty programme. After each Molino visit, scan your bill by using the Molino App and collect points. When you have reached a level, a reward will be unlocked for your next visit. Redeem the reward for points, show them on site and enjoy!

FAQs

The Molino Loyalty Programme is a loyalty programme based on consumption = points, which is automatically activated in your customer account at the Molino App. There you can collect points that can be redeemed for attractive rewards.

In the Pizzeria Ristorante, just take a picture of your bill using the button “Scan bill” and the points will be credited to your account within 24 hours.

When ordering via the app (Take Away or Homedelivery), the points will be credited to your account automatically.

In our 19 Pizzeria Ristoranti Molino, Restaurant Frascati in Zurich and Restaurant Le Lacustre in Geneva. Simply tell the service staff about your reward before ordering, activate the reward and show it to the service staff.

1 CHF = 1 point

In the menu under “Redeem rewards”.

Go to the menu and select “Redeem rewards”, there you can see your current level and which rewards are unlocked. Select the reward, click on “Redeem” and select the Pizzeria Ristorante where you are. Then show the redeemed reward to our service staff on your mobile phone.

You will receive either a push up message, SMS or an email from us.

Orders placed via the app cannot be post added, but consumptions can, if you still have the receipt.

Points and rewards have no cash or cash equivalent value and therefore cannot be paid out.

Points are personal and cannot be transferred.

Points do not expire (subject to change)

If you scanned the invoice but did not receive any points, please feel free to contact us at info@molino.ch. To ensure a quick response, please save your receipt and attach it to the email.

Once you have gone through all levels of the loyalty programme, it will automatically start again and the excess points will be credited to the new level.

Please note that you need a Swiss mobile phone number to participate.

In general: Serving of alcoholic beverages to minors is strictly prohibited.

Canton of Geneva: According to legislation Art. 31, the serving of fermented beverages is only permitted from 5-8pm. We comply with this regulation without exception.

Canton of Vaud: According to legislation Art. 50, the serving of fermented beverages is only allowed from 5pm to 2pm. We comply with this regulation without exception.

Canton of Berne: According to the law on the hospitality industry, Art. 29, the serving of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. We comply with this regulation without exception and are happy to serve non-alcoholic aperitifs.

Should misuse and/or improper handling be detected, this may lead to the user being blocked. Accumulated points and rewards will be forfeited.
