For over 30 years, the enjoyment of our guests has taken centre stage at Molino. Our home-made dishes are prepared with love, dedication and flair and emphasise the Italian tradition of genuine craftsmanship. The classic dishes are refined with the best selected products from Italy and Switzerland.
Did you know that we already make three different types of homemade pasta for you? You can choose between tortelloni, tagliatelle and tagliolini, which you can combine with 5 different sauces. Alternatively, you can also enjoy one of our seasonal pasta creations, hmm buono!
These three types of pasta are made daily on site with a lot of dedication and a pinch of Amore. The daily fresh production also enables a reduction in food waste and emphasises the credo of Pizzeria Ristorante Molino: Italian tradition, the highest quality and genuine craftsmanship combined with a seasonal pleasure experience.
Let’s be honest – after pasta, pizza is the most popular Italian dish! After all, you only need a few ingredients to make a delicious dough, which you can then top with a variety of high-quality ingredients to your heart’s content.
Our pizza dough has been produced according to our tried and tested in-house recipe for over 30 years. To this day, our pizzaioli still use our own pizza flour mix from Switzerland. The big difference – compared to the now almost unmanageable number of recipes – is that our dough pieces rest in our refrigerated dough vaults for 48 hours after production. This siesta ensures that the dough is airy, crispy and easily digestible.
We delight our guests with a touch of Italian sweetness with tiramisù made fresh on site every day. Our passion for authentic cuisine is reflected in every spoonful of this delicious dessert. Carefully selected ingredients and a traditional recipe give our tiramisù its incomparable flavour.
Carefully selected recipes with our own carefully selected products.
In our series «Vita al Molino» , our employees tell you about themselves and their everyday working life. Learn more about the Molino family – today through Gilberto.
When it’s difficult to decide on a dish or a celebration is coming up, the best option is to go for a Mediterranean success story: the tavolata!
