Founded in 1997 by Enrico Principi, Gustoso offers a unique range of over 2,500 products, mainly from Italy and other countries in the Mediterranean region. They represent over 100, including many of the most prestigious producers of food specialities such as pasta, rice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cheese, cured ham and salami, antipasti, sweet and savoury products as well as fine wines and spirits, all in numerous varieties. Whenever possible, they favour smaller producers who are family businesses, many of whom have been practising their craft with success and dedication for several generations.
Their modern warehouses in Fulenbach at the north/south motorway junction in Switzerland not only offer optimal conditions for their products, but also for ecologically sound, temperature-controlled transport to their customers throughout Switzerland. Their passion for finding the best of the best remains undiminished after more than 25 years, and their market and product knowledge enables them to provide customised solutions for practically every customer requirement.
Since 1892, the Vergani family has been surprising their amici in Switzerland with wines from Italy that are more than just a flowery story. Thanks to the dedicated, serious and passionate development work of four generations, the Zurich-based family business, which is now run by the fifth generation of Gianni, Luca and Flavia, is one of the leading wine merchants in Switzerland. Naturalmente. The focus is on the import and distribution of exquisite wines and grappas, but Vergani never stands still when it comes to innovation. The first and largest grappa shop in Switzerland? The first climate-neutral wine shop in the country? The first concept store for Italian wines and joie de vivre in the heart of Zurich? Vergani. A firm favourite when it comes to Vino e Vita. Also for Molino.

The GMSA milling team will be delighted if the fine Molino pizzas put a smile on your face.
A good kitchen needs strong partners, and successful cooperation combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and passion of Pizzeria Ristorante Molino with the quality, expertise and product diversity of Maison Truffe.

Molino and Maison Truffe – a partnership that creates taste.
One sip and you’re in Italy. The aroma of freshly ground coffee, the lively bustle of the piazza, a strong espresso at the bar. Our own Molino coffee blend captures this feeling perfectly. It stands for the ultimate in enjoyment and brings the Italian way of life directly to your cup. With strong, nutty aromas, spices, a delicious hint of dark chocolate and a touch of liquorice, it is as intense and full-bodied as the lifestyle it embodies.
The beans come from Honduras, Colombia, Brazil and India. 75% Arabica for delicious fruit acidity and elegance, 25% Robusta for strength and full-bodiedness. Together with the traditional Swiss roaster Hochstrasser AG from Lucerne, this creates a fine espresso blend with character.
At Hochstrasser, the beans are slowly and gently roasted using the traditional drum roasting method. This allows the aromas to unfold in all their depth – for a taste just like in an Italian coffee bar.
Locally rooted, sustainably committed. We have been brewing our six brands – including Calanda and Eichhof – in Lucerne and Chur since 1984. With our Brewing a Better World sustainability programme, we are committed to the environment, health and social responsibility.
We have been a proud partner of Molino since 2012 and share a passion for enjoyment and hospitality. We are delighted that our beers – from Heineken to Birra Moretti and Erdinger – accompany the aromatic diversity of Italian classics from the Molino kitchen.
The collaboration between WEBSTAR and Pizzeria Ristorante Molino is based on open communication and a shared understanding of quality and sustainability. Our goal is to support Pizzeria Ristorante Molino with the right products. We value individual coordination in order to meet the specific requirements of a restaurant business.
Through close cooperation, we have been able to optimise processes, streamline deliveries and work together on long-term solutions. The focus is not only on supplying products, but also on a partnership-based approach founded on trust and mutual respect. Sustainability plays a central role for both sides – whether in ecological, social or economic terms.
