On 6 November 2024, the new Pizzeria Ristorante Molino will open its doors at Altstetterstrasse 145 in Zurich. Our chef Mario Panaia and his team are looking forward to welcoming you and will spoil you with lots of Amore, Passione e Qualità culinary delights. Come by, experience Italianità with all your senses and enjoy your favourite pizza fresh and crispy from our famous wood-fired oven here in Zurich Altstetten.

At the Pizzeria Ristorante Molino, tradition and quality merge into an incomparable culinary experience. At the heart of this delight is Swiss flour, which is processed with great care and love to create the perfect pizza.
And it is precisely this topic, which is at the heart of our philosophy, that will continue to be pursued in the new year under the motto «Responsible and sustainable thinking and acting with a view to the future». With the right approach and measures, we were able to achieve a 9% reduction in energy consumption in the previous year, among other things.
