They placed smokers at a table right next 2 tables with young children. Food was just okay.

The food was great, we got the seafood pasta and Margherita pizza. The service was slow but expected when we entered because of how busy it was. Nonetheless it didn’t ruin the experience, and we had a good time.

Wir waren im Molino, um den Geburtstag meiner Freundin zu feiern, und hatten eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung. Wir wurden von Liane sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Zum Abschluss überraschte uns das Team mit einem Kuchen und einer Kerze, und sogar das Küchen- und Pizzaiolo-Team kam heraus, um „Happy Birthday“ zu singen. Das hat den Abend zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den ausgezeichneten Service, die Freundlichkeit und die schöne Überraschung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Molino nur weiterempfehlen!

因為有先預訂座位，我們被安排在室內，有一個小燈，氣氛讚！ 首推披薩和燉飯，鮮蝦燉飯很有誠意，裡頭滿多蝦子的！ 特別的起司是濕的、不鹹 不過水需要另外付費 4 CHF 我們點的披薩FUNGHI以為是 12 CHF, 結果最後卻算我們 23 CHF, 有一點被坑的感覺🤧

really mediocre pasta and pizza at a zermatt price. the margherita pizza was a really basic cheese pizza without any basil (we had to ask if it was really a margherita) and penne al ragú was bland, almost no meat, and the pasta itself didn’t taste good. we had multiple people serving us and they were both very polite and fast. another server at the entrance was not at all helpful and a bit rude but one of the other servers stepped in and took over. overall, can’t really recommend. pricey and not worth it.

🧭 餐厅位于采尔马特最热闹的 Bahnhofstrasse 主街上，从火车站步行约5分钟即可到达，去马特洪峰缆车站或镇上的主要景点都会经过这里。门口大片外摆十分醒目，很难错过 🏠 餐厅共有两层，室内座位很多，外摆区域面积也相当大，即使旅游旺季翻台速度也比较快。整体延续 Molino 连锁品牌明亮现代的意式风格，开放式披萨炉和木质装饰营造出轻松的用餐氛围 🍝 第一次来这里点的鲜虾焗饭，表现并不算理想。这次决定再给它一次机会，换成了海鲜意面，结果明显惊喜不少。整盘海鲜用料丰富，大颗虾仁肉质紧实鲜甜，贻贝、青口新鲜饱满，小鱿鱼炖煮得十分软嫩，没有一点韧感，面条保留了意大利面应有的弹性，海鲜鲜味也充分融入酱汁，4.5/5 🍰 提拉米苏采用偏威尼斯地区的传统做法，相比罗马地区常见的版本更加细腻柔滑，马斯卡彭奶酪比例更高，入口绵密顺滑。整体甜度控制得不错，可可香浓郁，朗姆酒味相对克制，苦味减少，4.5/5 ☀️ 天气好的时候，非常推荐选择外摆。坐在阿尔卑斯山脚下，一边看着采尔马特主街来来往往的人群，一边慢慢吃一顿意大利餐，氛围确实很好。不过夏季苍蝇相对较多，如果比较介意，建议直接选择室内用餐，体验会更舒服 💶 作为瑞士热门旅游小镇主街上的餐厅，整体价格偏高，属于采尔马特正常消费水平 🌟 综合评分：4.4/5 相比第一次体验，这次的海鲜意面还不错。如果来采尔马特想吃一顿稳定发挥的意大利菜，Molino 依然是主街上值得考虑的一家

Visitamos o molino em Zermatt e adoramos tudo! As pizzas sao simplesmente ótimas. Mas o grande destaque alem da comida foi sem duvida o Fragola Spritz - foi de longe o melhor que ja bebemos! O servico foi incrivelmente simpático e acolhedor, com uma menção muito especial a lena, que nos serviu com uma simpatia e um profissionalismo extraordinário. Recomendamos vivamente e vamos de certeza voltar!

Beautiful setting, the wait staff were wonderful. I had the tuna salad and neapolitan pizza. The salad was a little dry and plain, I ended up making my own dressing out of their spicy olive oil, lemon wedges, and salt. Went rather well with the tuna salad, which was, basically a can of tuna dumped on top of a bed of lettuce. However, after my "Chiquita's dressing" as I call it, the salad was great and the pizza was very enjoyable.

Beautiful terrace, we went for a coffee and we was served by the Director and he was so nice to us. Good service,good people we will be back for shure

Wir waren zu Zweit am Nachmittag da. Sassen draussen und haben Pizza bestellt. Das Essen war gut. Was uns aber ehrlich schockiert hat war der Service. Während unserer Bestellung hat sich die Damen mit anderen Leuten unterhalten, einmal mit Gästen, einmal mit Servicepersonal. Die Pizza wurde uns einfach so lapidar hingestellt. Beim Bezahlen wurde das Retourgeld wortlos auf den Tisch gelegt und die Dame hat sich wortlos von uns abgewendet. Guter Service ist anders!
