An guter Lage und nicht zu verfehlen findet man das Ristorante Molino in Zermatt.
Der Service startete sehr freundlich, aber dann ging es unendlich lange bis die dann doch etwas dunkle Pizza bei mir ankam, gerade noch „geniessbar“. Eher Durchschnitt als mehr.
Die Umgebung war etwas laut - aber ja es war auch sehr gut besetzt.

Excelente servicio de todos, los alimentos de primera y precios muy accesibles.

Une valeur sûre pour des plats italiens de qualité.
La nourriture était très bonne, surtout la pizza Miss Italia. Par contre, pour ce qui est de la salade et des coupes de glaces, il y aurait pu y avoir un peu plus.
Mais sinon tout était bon.
Le serveur était très sympathique et attentionné malgré une petite incompréhension lors de la commande.
Dans l'ensemble il s'agit d'une bonne adresse avec un certain gage de qualité. Malheureusement, les prix sont un peu élevés même pour Zermatt : 14 chf la salade mêlée et 13 chf un Tiramisu je trouve cela surévalué surtout pour la quantité dans l'assiette concernant la salade.
Finalement je recommande tout de même cette adresse.
P.S. : Si vous êtes étudiants n'hésitez pas à demander un rabais étudiant, celui-ci n'est pas indiqué mais si on le demande il y a 20% de moins appliqué sur la note sur présentation d'une carte étudiant.

The food was delicious. But what really made the experience was the server Liane. She was professional and personable. We truly appreciate her.

Par contre des difficultés à gérer le timing cuisine/service. Si une table arrive après vous et qu’ils sont 4 et vous 7, il partiront bien avant vous. Quand au plat de la table nombreuse (nous) le dernier plat préparé sera chaud et tous les autres pas assez chaud. On n’a pas demandé à ce sue les plats soient réchauffés, nous les avions attendus une heure.
Par contre, si pas problème d’heure de pointe et d’une table trop nombreuse, la cuisine est vraiment bonne.
Un peu bruyant s’il y a du monde.

Tagliatelle a la Carbonara für CHF 28, wo die Portion kleiner war die Bambini Pasta war viel zu hart und extrem ungewürzt. Pizza war geschmacklich gut, aber sehr dunkel!
Es war voll und dadurch extrem laut.
Service war ok. Wir warteten 1 Stunde auf unseren Hauptgang.
Von einem 2. Besuch sehen wir ab

This is a great Italian restaurant, great Veg options and its opposite Mont Cervin Palace.

Delicious food and great service. Giovanni was our server very nice, kind, and helpful. Me and my family really enjoyed the food and service. Would love to come back

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut, das Personal ist nett. Wir haben lecker gegessen und wurden schnell bedient. Sehr empfehlenswert.

非常道地的燉飯，米心硬度剛好，奶油味很香，飯上有一片檸檬乾，也很好吃。本來以為會很酸（我很喜歡酸），不過檸檬味淡淡的，但不影響它的好吃程度。

提拉米蘇🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
這是我此生目前為止吃過最好吃的提拉米蘇了，酒味淡淡的，跟家人四個人不到一分鐘大家就吃完了，而且還忘記拍照。

柳橙汁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
真的是現榨果汁，而且我覺得蠻大杯的，很好喝，感到滿滿的維他命C。

瑪格麗特披薩🌟🌟🌟🌟
沒有芝麻葉或其他葉子在上面，純起司番茄，不過還是很好吃，底部也不會潮濕。

海鮮披薩🌟🌟🌟🌟
蝦子稍微沒味道，但大體上還是很好吃的。

Ein normales Molino wie man es kennt... Servicepersonal war nicht so motiviert, vielleicht wegen der Hitze.. 😉😞

Food is fine, not great. Outdoor space is huge and great in the middle of the main streets. Service was fine but a little slow

Had a great pizza. For a Jain to find proper food to eat is not always easy. Augusto understood already what we needed as Jains and made it very comfortable for us to have a great meal.

The atmospeher outside is not the best but the service makes up for it. Celebrated a birthday here and the staff was awesome and sang the song of embarrassment 😂

the servers here are so sweet!! it was my birthday and they brought out a delicious slice of tiramisu and sang happy birthday. they also gave me an extra ball of burrata at no charge for my dish. everything here — pizza & pasta & bruschetta — are amazing.

Excellent staff food was great. They saw a lot of pizza but I had the salmon and it was great. My wife had the chef special so I would encourage you to try some of the Manuel items besides pizza. Unless you want pizza because the pizza really looked good.

Fuimos a mediodía a comer, y fue un acierto total, la comida riquísima y la atención por parte del personal excelente.
Tanto nos gustó que por la noche repetimos en el mismo sitio y por supuesto fue tan bien como esperábamos.
Hay un muy buen equipo en este restaurante, te recomiendan y te ayudan con el idioma como fue nuestro caso.

So good we came back the next night! The owner never stopped moving, he was right out there with everyone else working hard. The food was great and the pizza is a good deal for Zermatt.
