Delicious food, very friendly staff, great service, lovely environment, and convenient location. Can’t fault it.

During a week stay at Zermatt, we ate here three nights!! The food, service, and atmosphere was great, enough to say in a village that exists on tourist trade. Lots of places to choose from, but this was great. Wood fired pizza, super fresh salads, excellent pasta, and don't miss the veal wrapped in prosciutto, spinach, and cheese- fabulous.

Great wood fired pizza which is prepared in view of the dining room, but the hidden gem is their tender veal scallopine - sautéed, then covered in a layer of prosciutto, cheese and spinach with a light cream sauce - amazing! Fair prices, attentive waitstaff, great dining room with tables for two or up to twelve. Decent wine list too. Make a reservation - it's popular.

Im Jahr 2017 waren wir das erste Mal, und nun 2025 zum zweiten Mal im Molino in Zermatt. Wir sind vom Essen und sehr begeistert. Meine Pizza war unbeschreiblich gut. Auch die Pasta war vorzüglich 😍. Der Service ließ ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig, sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir waren daher rundum zufrieden.

Désolée de payer 45.- pour 3 scalopines de veau et un jet de tagliatelles, un peu cheap. Pizza par contre au top, rapport qualité prix.

O Molino é daqueles restaurantes que dá vontade de voltar. O ambiente é acolhedor e elegante na medida certa, perfeito tanto para um jantar descontraído como para uma ocasião especial. Nota-se atenção aos detalhes, desde a decoração até ao atendimento, que é sempre simpático, atento e profissional.

A comida é o grande destaque: pratos bem apresentados, ingredientes de qualidade e sabores equilibrados, com um claro respeito pela tradição e um toque contemporâneo. Cada prato mostra cuidado e consistência, e tudo chega à mesa no ponto certo. A carta é bem pensada e agrada tanto a quem gosta de clássicos como a quem procura algo um pouco diferente.

A relação qualidade-preço é justa e a experiência no geral é extremamente positiva. O Molino não é apenas um bom restaurante — é um lugar onde se come bem, se é bem recebido e se sai com vontade de recomendar. Um verdadeiro achado.

Uma refeição espetacular, atendimento pela menina Lena André foi formidável… eficiência, simpatia rapidez e um ambiente super agradável. Voltarei de certeza !
