Ciao a tutti. My name is Jasmin, I am the assistant manager at Molino Select and today I am going to tell you about my daily routine.What does my typical day look like?I arrive in the morning and take care of the office, invoices, checking hours, and checking my emails. Then I go upstairs to prepare for the lunch service, liaise with the kitchen, or manage it. Then I take a break and start again in the evening. I take care of the service or supervise it, then I finish my day and do the accounts.What do I like most about my job?The variety of tasks, between the office, service and organisation, daily contact with customers and the fact that no two days are the same.Which Molinos have I worked at?I started at Molino Gasometer, then Molino Affoltern a. A., Winterthur, Uster and now Molino Select in Zurich.Which Molino did I prefer working at?Unfortunately, I can’t answer that question. So far, I’ve really enjoyed all the places I’ve worked.
