Ciao a tutti. My name is Erica and I work in HR. Today I’ll tell you about my daily routine.
What are my tasks?
I process all accidents and illnesses and check all the hours worked by Molino employees.
Why did I choose Molino?
I came to Molino by chance. My mother did a trial day in Uster and she heard that they were looking for a service employee. I went to introduce myself and got a temporary contract for three months. That then changed. I got a permanent contract and then worked at Molino for 14 years. First as a waitress, then as Chef de Brigade for ten years and two years as a deputy manager. And then I got an offer to switch to HR, and I gladly accepted it.
What do I like most about my work?
That I started at the bottom and worked my way up. And now I also see what goes on in the background and can thus help the other gerants to cope with the daily routine of the employees.
