Grape varieties: 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Bianco Straw yellow colour; on the nose fragrance of peach, apple, apricot and light brioche notes; on the palate a fine and long-lasting perlage; the appearance dry, soft and delicate with perfectly balanced acidity, distinct character. Vinification The base wines come from over 130 different vineyards, which were vinified separately. The 2nd fermentation (bottle fermentation) lasts 28 months. In 1965 Annamaria Clementi Zanella moved with her son Maurizio to the impressive hilly landscape of Franciacorta. fter graduating from high school, the young Maurizio deepened his oenological knowledge at the universities of Beaune and Bordeaux. On his return, he modernised and expanded the family estate and from then on produced wines and sparkling wines of world class and prestige. Gambero Rosso, the leading Italian wine publication, awarded Cà del Bosco the title ‘Winery of the Year 2003’. Furthermore, Maurizio Zanella has already managed to receive their ‘tre bicchieri’ award countless times for his sparkling and still wines.
