The in-house «Panorama Rosé – Edizione Speciale Molino» from Tuscany was pressed especially for Molino. Composed of Syrah and Fiano, it has a complex aroma of flowers and Mediterranean scrub, with a slight spiciness and raspberry aroma. The rosé comes from two of the best single vineyards. From one of them, you can see as far as the Duomo in Florence, which is why the wine is called «Panorama».

Collazzi Carlo Marchi purchased the winery in 1933. The estate is situated in the middle of the Chianti Classico area and extends over 390 ha of land. Only 20 ha are planted with vines and another 100 ha with olive trees. The estate belongs to the Marchesi di Frescobaldi family, one of the most famous wine-producing families in Italy, to which Tenuta di Ornellaia also belongs. Collazzi, however, is run independently of the group and can therefore commit itself without exception to sustainable quality thinking. Much emphasis is placed on gentle and selective work in the vineyard, and harvesting is done by hand.
