Since 01.12.2022, I have been part of the Molino team and originally come from Graz, Austria. In one word, Molino means authenticity to me. For me, Italianità means conveying Italian culture, warmth, and enjoyment in such a way that our guests feel like they are in Italy – without the need for a long journey.

Mi madre y yo tuvimos el placer de ser atendidas por Abdul, increíblemente amable y servicial, para nuestra suerte hablaba español, así que fue mucho más fácil tener las mejores recomendaciones para nuestros alimentos. En nuestra próxima visita a Bern, el molino será una parada obligatoria.

Ordered online. The Margherita was good decent for price we paid. and the gnocchi had nice flavors too. I expected the gnocchi portion to be a bit bigger though. I’m not sure if they were homemade, but they were slightly overcooked for my taste. Still, overall the food was good and we enjoyed it.

A bit quiet when we dined so couldn't provide an accurate rating for atmosphere. Food was perfect! Our server was amazing! Great service.

One of my favourite restaurants in Basel! Strongly recommend their Miss Italia pizza. Always great service and often they have discounts if you use their app. They gifted me a tiramisu for my birthday, thank you very much!!

Wir kommen jetzt schon eine Weile hierher. Carmelo ist immer sehr zuvorkommend und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Das Essen wie auch die Getränke sind stets super.
