Description

The story of Molino pizza begins with a special flour blend, which consists of wheat flour and durum wheat semolina. This mixture is produced in Granges-prés-Marnand, a place with a long tradition of flour production. As early as the 1980s, Molino began developing a unique recipe in collaboration with Rhonemühle, which is still the basis for Molino pizzas today.
